2nd arrondissement of Lyon
The 2nd arrondissement is an arrondissement ( district) of the French city of Lyon. 2008, there were 29 726 people.
The district lies to the south of the city center of Lyon. To the north it borders on the 1st arrondissement, in the east to the 3rd, 6th and 7th arrondissement, on the southwest by La Mulatière and in the west to the 5th arrondissement.
It consists of the following neighborhoods (French Quarter ):

- Bellecour
- Celestins
- Le Confluent
- Ainay
- Perrache
- Montrochet
