2nd Division (German Empire)

The 2nd Division, for the duration of the mobile ratio referred to as the 2nd Infantry Division, was a major unit of the Prussian army.

History

The United Association was originally founded in March 1816 as troops brigade in Gdansk and extended on September 5, 1819 Division. The command was in Gdansk, 1890 in Königsberg, and then from 1899 until the dissolution in 1919 Insterburg.
