The team of authors leads the secluded her mid-thirties Liz Lemon. Your new boss, Jack Donaghy tries to influence the program and committed inter alia, the extroverted movie star Tracy Jordan, who will become the new main character of the mission which from then on TGS with Tracy Jordan is called.

Background

Tina Fey has worked itself for many years as a writer for Saturday Night Live and was its first chief author. 30 Rock is partly based on their experiences of that time.

Special

Unlike traditional sitcoms that are typically recorded in front of audiences and for which a gag is acknowledged each with a laugh, this is at 30 Rock to relatively expensive film produced episodes with different sets and outdoor scenes. The action will be implemented very fast-paced and with a wealth of content and visual details that in comedy series was in this form previously not common. In the real action ever completely unimportant, part independent acts are interspersed.

By naming the actual company and personal name (for example, NBC, GE, Brian Williams, Condoleezza Rice) succeeds in the series to incorporate a pseudo-documentary reference to the fictional plot. This real - satirical character is amplified even more so when people Herself occur (eg, Conan O'Brien, Jerry Seinfeld, Al Gore, Larry King, Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg or Buzz Aldrin ).
