( 3062 ) Wren is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on 14 December 1982 in Coconino County by the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station (IAU code 688 ) of the Lowell Observatory.

The asteroid was named after the British astronomer and architect Christopher Wren (1632-1723), co-founder of the Royal Society and builder of St Paul 's Cathedral in London.
