- The Spartan king Agesilaus II died on the way back from his expedition to Egypt. His son Archidamus III. becomes the new king of the Eurypontidae Dynasty.
- During the Egyptian Pharaoh Djedhor leads a campaign against Persia, opposed his brother Tjajapimu against him and appoints his son Nectanebo II as Pharaoh. The army joins the usurper. Djedhor granted asylum by the Persian Great King Artaxerxes II
