(379) Huenna is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on January 8, 1894 by Auguste Charlois in Nice.

Is named the asteroid after the Swedish island of Ven, on the Tycho Brahe entertained his castle and his observatory.

On 14 August 2010 Detected Jean -Luc Margot using the Keck II telescope on Mauna Kea a moon of the asteroid. This Trabant with the designation S/2003 (379) 1 has a diameter of 7 km and orbits Huenna at a distance of 3400 km with a period of 80.8 days.
