( 4529 ) Webern is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on March 1, 1984 in Coconino County by the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station (IAU code 688 ) of the Lowell Observatory.

The asteroid was named after the Austrian composer Anton Webern (1883 - 1945), who was a student of Arnold Schoenberg of the Second Viennese School.
