The 45th National Hockey League All-Star Game was held on January 22, 1994 in New York. The match took place at Madison Square Garden, the venue of the host New York Rangers. The All-Stars of the NHL Eastern Conference defeated the Western Conference of the NHL almost 9:8. The game saw 18,200 spectators. Mike Richter of the New York Rangers was named the MVP.
