( 4791 ) Iphidamas is an asteroid from the group of Jupiter Trojans. Thus asteroids are called, which run on the path of Jupiter on the Lagrange points around the sun. ( 4791 ) Iphidamas was discovered on 14 August 1988 by the American astronomer Jean Carolyn Spellman Shoemaker. He is associated with the Lagrangian point L5.
