  • 58 BC: Caesar's Gallic War from the beginning, the fight against the Helvetii and Ariovistus.
  • 57 BC: conquest of the Belgae by Caesar.
  • 56 BC: The Victory over the Venter, conquest of Brittany.
  • 55 BC: Caesar's first Rhine crossing into Germany. Caesar leaves for the crossing of the Rhine between Koblenz and Andernach build the first wooden bridge. First Campaign Caesar to Britain.
