6264
The 6264 is a static RAM with a storage capacity of 65536 bits, organized 8-bit to 8192 ×. The block is supplied in 28-pin DIP. It is produced by a variety of different manufacturers, including Hitachi, Hynix and Cypress Semiconductor.
