( 8032 ) Michael Adams is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on March 8, 1992 by the Japanese astronomer Seiji Ueda and Hiroshi Kaneda at Kushiro Observatory (IAU code 399 ).

The celestial body is named after the former U.S. test pilot Michael Adams (1930-1967) named, who completed seven flights in the X-15 program and was posthumously awarded the first American who died in a space flight, his astronaut wings.
