(8143) Nezval

( 8143 ) Nezval is an asteroid of the inner main belt, which on 11 November 1982 by the Czech astronomer Antonín Mrkos on Kleť Observatory (IAU code 046) was discovered in Český Krumlov.

Mean distance from the sun ( semimajor axis), eccentricity and inclination of the orbital plane of the asteroids are within the respective limits that are defined for the Nysa group, one named after (44 ) Nysa group of asteroids (also called Hertha family, according to (135 ) Hertha).

( 8143 ) Nezval is named after the Czech poet Vítězslav Nezval ( 1900-1958 ). Nezval considered as co-founder of Poetism and as a leading figure of the Czech surrealism. The appointment was made on a proposal from the Czech astronomer Jana Ticha by the International Astronomical Union ( IAU) on 20 May 2008.
