( 9322 ) Lindenau is an asteroid of the main belt, by the German astronomer frankness Börngen at the Thuringian State Observatory Tautenburg ( observatory code 033) was discovered in Thuringia on 10 January 1989.

The asteroid is named after the German jurists, astronomers, and Minister Bernhard von Lindenau (1779-1854), who as patron of his collection of Italian panel paintings of his home town of Altenburg donated where they can be seen in the Lindenau - Museum named after him.
