98.8 KISS FM Berlin

98.8 KISS FM is a private radio station in Berlin. The station bills itself as " The Beat of Berlin" and mainly plays hip hop, pop and RnB. 1995 Kiss FM, in the category "Best radio station" awarded the Viva Comet. Kiss FM is launched with the slogan "Only Black Music " on January 1, 1993. The studio was initially located in an old bakery in Berlin- Neukölln and the transmitter could be heard only on the 98.45 MHz frequency cable. The competent Medienanstalt is MABB.

Program

Took over in late 2007 Christian Switching ( previously at Kronehit in Vienna), the position of Managing Director. In July 2009, Sebastian Voigt took over the program management. Together with the Berlin radio stations 94.3 rs2 and Berliner Rundfunk 91.4 KISS FM in 2006 founded the subsidiary Radio Service Berlin, which sees itself as a broadcast service company and offers news, music programs and education and training. 98.8 KISS FM sends only station in Berlin and Brandenburg in so-called True ADP ( Advanced Digital Processing).

Since 2008, 98.8 KISS FM organizes annually the " KISS Cup", in which the morning presenters Tolga and Marie in sporting disciplines, endorsed by celebrities and listeners, compete against each other. 2008 took the " KISS Cup" in football, basketball, 2009 in Berlin's Max -Schmeling-Halle instead. The " KISS Cup 2010 " took place again in football.
