A-Mobile

A- Mobile (Russian А-Мобайл/A-Mobajl ) is one of the two mobile operators in Abkhazia. The company has its headquarters in the Abkhaz capital Sukhumi.

History

The Company commenced its operations on in 2006 and was at that time the first competitor of the incumbent Aquafon. Since 2008, A- Mobile also GPRS services. Meanwhile, the company also operates a network of retail stores in Abkhazia for the marketing of its products.
