Ais minor is a key of Tongeschlechts minor, based on the root ais. The key ais minor written in notation with seven sharps ( F sharp, cis, gis, dis, ais, ice, his). The corresponding scale and the basic chord in this key ( the tonic ais -cis- cis ) are designated by the term ais minor.

Due to the seven signs (one could ais Minor - enharmonically reinterpreted - simple pose with B-flat minor ) this key was previously probably only used by Johann Christian Heinrich Rinck in its 30 two-part exercises in all keys.
