A. V. Dicey

Albert Venn Dicey ( February 4, 1835 *, † April 7, 1922 ) was an English jurist and professor at Oxford.

Dicey considered the founder of modern constitutional doctrine of the United Kingdom and is the author of the influential textbook Introduction to the Study of the Law of the Constitution.
