The ASD CF Bardolino is a women's football club from Bardolino at Lake Garda, 30 km from Verona. The club was founded in 1995 and plays in the Serie A. The club colors are blue and yellow.

History

Just two years after the foundation of the association managed the team to promotion to Serie A, the top division in the Italian women's football. Since then, the team placed always in the top three in the league. With the Italian Super Cup, the club took the first title in 2001. Followed in 2005 by the first championship. In the season 2006/ 07, the biggest triumph in their history succeeded. With 13 -point lead, the team took the second championship and took even the Cup and the Super Cup. In the UEFA Women 's Cup Bardolino reached in the 2007/ 08 season as the first Italian team the semi-finals, where the team met the German master first FFC Frankfurt, but there was defeated.

Stadium

Home ground was the Stadio Comunale Belvedere in Bardolino with a capacity of 1,000 seats. For the UEFA Women's Cup semi-final against Eintracht Frankfurt, the club slips into the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi from Verona. Since the 2010/11 season all national games at the Stadio " Olivieri " will be held in Verona, the international continues in neighboring Stadio Bentegodi.
