The Autoroute A23 is a French motorway, connecting Lesquin with Valenciennes.

This road was, until 1982, the C27. The southern section of Orchies to Valenciennes was mainly produced by the removal of the old Route nationale 49, while the northern section of Orchies to Lille, which was first opened, it was completely rebuilt.

The use of the highway is free of charge. It is maintained by the highway authority DIR Nord.
