Aalestrup

Aalestrup or Ålestrup is a Danish town with 2739 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2013 ) in the western Himmerlands. The village has been the municipal reform of 2007 part of the Vesthimmerlands commune in the North Jutland. Previously, she was the capital of the municipality in the Official Aalestrup Viborg.

Aalestrup lies just 14 km south of Aars, 18 km east of Hvalpsund and about 18 km west from Hobro.
