Aaron Allston

Aaron Allston Dale ( born December 8, 1960 in Corsicana, Texas, † February 27, 2014 in Springfield, Missouri) was an American writer and game designer. In German-speaking Allston is known as the author of the Star Wars novels.

Life

According to the company Allston began writing at the age of eleven years. He studied journalism and among others attended Denton High School. After the end of high school, he moved to Austin, the capital of Texas, and attended the University of Texas. He joined the staff of the magazine Space Gamer; later he worked as a designer of games. In addition, he was active as an author and still published his first novel in 1988. In 1997 he began writing as an author on the Star Wars universe.
