AB Felix

AB Felix is a former Swedish company from Eslöv.

1868 ( now Czech Republic ), the company Loew & Felix founded and built a first canning factory for pickles in Znojmo. The company prospered and cucumbers from Znojmo have been exported to all over Europe. 1939 had the descendant of Herbert Felix emigrate to Sweden, where he established the AB Felix on. Re were pickled cucumbers, the starting point, but the range was quickly expanded significantly. As in 1955, the Allies withdrew from Austria, Bruno Kreisky encouraged his cousin Herbert Felix to invest in Austria and was founded in 1959, Felix Austria in Matter castle in Burgenland.

Main products were canned meat, canned vegetables and ketchup.

Felix The brand is now continued by the Procordia group.
