The following APIs are available for database access: a Java -based framework AJO, a simple proprietary 4GL language FO, APIs in C, C , C #, Visual Basic, VBA, and the standard interfaces ODBC and SQL.

Individual adjustments

At the database level of the standard software -defined fields and tables can be added. Existing or custom masks can be customized and layout has a graphical text editor. At the event level, the business logic and dialog control can be adapted or designed by its own event handler, which can be implemented in either FO or Java. These changes remain when programming clean, get in updates. Since 2008, Groovy is supported.

FO- programs can be written, for example, with the structure chart editor EasyCODE. The java -based implementation is supported by an integrated in the Eclipse development environment AJO Workbench.
