ABC nations

ABC States is the collective term for the South American countries Argentina, Brazil and Chile.

1899 joined these states, some contracts, which provides for arbitration in disputes and mutual assistance in aggressive acts against one of the States. This was done in order to protect themselves against the actions of the United States, especially the Monroe Doctrine.
