Abd al-Malik II (Samanid emir)

Abd al -Malik II was the second to last emir of the Persian dynasty of the Samanids. He was the son of Nuh II ibn Mansur and reigned for only a little more than eight months of the year 999 in Khorasan and Transoxiana.
