Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi

Abed Rabbo Mansur Hadi (* 1945 in Thakin in the province of Abyan, south Yemen ) is a Yemeni politician and Major General. By 2012, he was Vice President of Yemen in the cabinet of Ali Abdullah Saleh. In the 2012 presidential election he was elected as the only participating candidate for president.

Life

1970 Hadi joined the army and went there for a general. Four years after the reunification of North Yemen and South Yemen in 1994, he was appointed by President Saleh to Vice President.

In June 2011, he took over after the injury, the President is managing the line of important official duties and was also commander of the army.
