Abdelhamid Temmar

Abdelhamid Temmar ( born October 24, 1938) is an Algerian politician and economist.

Life

Temmar studied in Algiers, Paris and London ( London Graduate School of Business Studies). He is a professor and dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Algiers. For the United Nations Temmar worked as a consultant for Benin and as secretary for various programs, for example for the development program of the United Nations.

Temmar since 2006 Minister, first in the cabinet of Prime Minister Abdelaziz Belkhadem for the area of ​​Youth, National Education and Tourism and from 2008 under Ahmed Ouyahia first as Minister of Industry and promoting business, currently he is Minister for Future Research and Statistics.
