Abdelkader Taleb Omar

Abdelkader Taleb Oumar is the prime minister and thus head of government in the exile government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) (often referred to as Western Sahara ).

He is also a military and independence fighters of DARS and was appointed by the exiled military Congress of DARS head of government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic on 29 October 2003. He has held this office until today. The seat of government westaharischen government in exile ( POLISARIO ), which consists mainly of military and independence fighters of DARS, has its headquarters in Tindouf in Algeria. Abdelkader Taleb Oumar is an active member and chairman of the POLISARIO. He lives in Tindouf in Algeria since 1975.

First he was in Exile Government of the SADR in different Ministerialämtern of Saharan National Council ( parliament in exile of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic ) worked before he was appointed as head of state. He was also the administrator of the refugee camp for victims of persecution from Western Sahara in Tindouf in Algeria. He represents those proposed by the UN Baker Plan and is of the opinion that the UN would have the Moroccans with military force by UN resolution from the territory of the former Spanish colony of Spanish West Africa ( Western Sahara, DARS ) displace. He also calls on the UN to recognize the exiled government of Western Sahara as the legitimate government westsaharische. He and the westsaharische government in exile ( POLISARIO ) are of the opinion that they had to represent the only the right to Western Sahara. He said the state of South Africa from his special thanks for the support of the Polisario Front and the Saharawi population and the Saharawi refugees. Him and the POLISARIO is said to have the support of terrorist armed Saharawi independence fighters and organizations.
