Abdirahman Ahmed Ali Tuur

Abd -ar- Rahman Ahmad Ali Tur ( † 2004) was the leader of the Somali National Movement - a rebel organization of the Isaaq clan, which fought in the north of Somalia against the government of Siad Barre - and of 28 May 1991 First to the May 16, 1993 President of the unilaterally declared independent Somaliland.
