Abel Iturralde Province

Abel Iturralde is one of twenty provinces in the northern part of the Bolivian department of La Paz you bears her name in honor of the Bolivian politician Abel Iturralde Palacios.

Location

The province is located on the northern edge of the Bolivian Cordillera Central and bounded on the west by the rivers Río Madre de Dios and Rio Hearth and on the east by the Rio Beni. The province is bordered on the north by the Pando department, on the west by the Republic of Peru, on the south by the Province Franz Tamayo, and on the east by the department of Beni.
