Aberfoyle River

The Aberfoyle River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales.

Geography

The river rises about 3 km northeast of the small town Llangothlin at the New England Highway. It lies on the eastern slopes of the Great Dividing Range. From there, the Aberfoyle River flows southeast to Mount Hourigan. This mountain passes of the river on its south side and then turns its course to the northeast. In the southern Guy Fawkes River National Park, he then empties into the Guy Fawkes River.
