Abney Park Cemetery

Abney Park Cemetery in Stoke Newington in North East London is one of the known as the Magnificent Seven seven major historic commercial cemeteries in London. Part of the cemetery is a historical park of the 18th century was transformed in the 19th century. The original Abney Park was established by Lady Mary Abney and Dr. Isaac Watts, and the neighboring family Hartopp. With the establishment of the cemetery, the function of the park turned into a überkonfessionellem cemetery with a semi-public arboretum and an educational institution.
