The Abra ( eng.: Abra River) is a river in the province of Abra in the Philippines. It rises in the mountains of Central Cordelliera near the 2187 m high Mount Data, in the province of Benguet. Only a few kilometers from the Agno rivers and the Rio Chico their sources. The river empties into the community Caoayan in the South China Sea. The Abra has a length of 181 km and a catchment area of 5125 km ².

From its source in the town of Abra Mankayan flows in a northerly direction in a wide river valley, it crosses the province of Ilocos Sur and achieved in the province of Abra Bangued the plane. Here he combines with his main tributary, the Tineg. From its confluence Abra changes its flow direction from North to South and strives against the South China Sea.
