Abraham Bosse

Abraham Bosse ( pron. boss ') ( * 1604 in Tours, † 1 or February 14, 1676 in Paris) was a French engraver and etcher.

Bosses provided a tremendous amount leaves with cultural and historical descriptions of ceremonies, festivals and scenes from the life of the people.

He was a friend of the architect and mathematician Gérard Desargues and presented some of his ideas is in a popular form, as this could Desargues himself.

Bosse stabbed probably the major city map of Paris by Jacques Gomboust.
