Absenteeism

The term absenteeism in the habit is known not to comply with an obligation or appointment (lat absentia: absence; see also: absence ). It is a collective term that has different meanings depending on the context:

• In economics and sociology is called with absenteeism a form of asset realizations, in the company or landowner does not reside at the place of their establishments and instead appoint managers or inspectors with the performance of their business while they own their business or their real property only as a source of income consider ( absentee ownership).
