Absolut Vodka

Absolut Vodka is produced in a southern Swedish Aahus since 1879 vodka and spirits brand. The company is a subsidiary of Vin & Sprit, which was sold in 2008 by its owner, the Swedish Government, for 5.6 billion euros to the French company Pernod Ricard. The vodka brand is made from winter wheat and water from a private source.

History

Towards the end of the 19th century invented the Swedish entrepreneur Lars Olsson Smith, the fractional distillation / rectification for alcohol.
