Abulug

Abulug is a town in the Philippine province of Cagayan. The municipality is located north of the province and is bordered to the south by the province of Apayao. It was founded in 1572 as a village in 1629 and renamed Tulug Abulug. Also, the river that flows through the village and flows into the Luzon Strait, ie Abulug. The majority of the population belongs to the tribe of the Ibanag. The main economic activities are agriculture and fishing.
