Aburaage

Aburaage (Japanese油揚げ, dt " fried in oil " ) is in Japanese cuisine, a product on the basis of the soybean, which usually is fried tofu in thin slices.

It is in udon noodle dishes used (also kitsune - udon of kitsune - liked by Japanese legends foxes the fried tofu) and as a shell at inarizushi (Japanese稲 荷 寿司).
