The AC Allianssi was from 2002 to 2006 existing Finnish football club based in Vantaa.

History

1980 FC Norssi was founded in 1995 and renamed after a merger with Johanneksen Dynamo in Atlantis FC, ​​based in Helsinki. In the 1997 season the team rose to the second highest league in Finland, the Ykkönen. Three years later saw him rise to the top division, the First Division. 2001 Atlantis FC won the Finnish Cup with a 1-0 playoff victory against Tampere United. Atlantis FC went bankrupt after this season and automatically dismounted in the third league in Finland. The First Division starting place took over the now newly formed AC Allianssi.

AC Allianssi reached the cup final, which was lost against HJK Helsinki with 1:2 after extra time in 2003. The Finnish League Cup was the AC Allianssi twice, winning in 2004 and 2005. The best place in league reached Allianssi 2004 with second place.

Internationally, the club reached the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2003 by defeating Hibernians Paola from Malta and Akratitos Ano Liosia from Greece the third round, where he retired against Perugia Calcio. On 11 April 2006, the AC Allianssi declared bankruptcy and was subsequently excluded from the First Division. That same year, a new football club was founded in Vantaa with Allianssi Vantaa, which is not considered as official successor club of AC Allianssi. Allianssi Vantaa plays 2010 in the Kolmonen (range Helsinki / Uusimaa 2), the fourth highest league in Finland.
