ACBS Asian Snooker Championship
The ACBS Snooker Asia Championship for Men is a snooker tournament, which is held by the Asian Confederation of Billiards Sports ( ACBS ).
History
The tournament was first held in 1984 and is since then - with the exception of 2003 - a year.
Eligible are players that do not play simultaneously on the Snooker Main Tour. Before there was a participant limit on the professional tour, only players were accordingly entitled to participate under a certain placement in the Snooker world rankings. The victory at the Asian Championship is one of several ways to qualify for the main tour at the same time for some time.
