Acceptance credit

The Rembourskredit is a credit in foreign trade business.

It accepts a credit institution ( the reimbursing bank ) a draft of the exporter. This thereby obtains the security of a bank for the payment of goods and thus can ship with comparatively little risk the goods to the importer.

With the delivery of certain documents before the Bankakzept is granted. The security for the payment rests in the train to train in increasing document (such as shipping document) that embodies the goods and the lawful acquirer allows legal access or use of the substance.

The reimbursing bank agrees to change law to redeem them drawn on and accepted by her draft on the Expiration Day. The Akzeptnehmer whose signature itself is nowhere on the bill, committed to the Bank due to the Akzeptvertrages. If all goes well, the reimbursing bank is not in a position to spend their own funds, as the Akzeptnehmer is held in time to create the means to cover the loan.
