Acmon of Phrygia

AKMON (Greek Ἄκμων ) In Greek mythology, the son of Manes, brother of Doias and the eponymous founder of the city Akmonia in Phrygia, in Ahat Köy about 10 km south of the present-day Banaz in Turkey.

He is the father of Mygdon who fought against the Amazons.
