Adalard of Paris

Adalhard (* 830, † 890 after October 10 ) is 877 testified as a West Frankish Count Palatine and later ( 882-890 ) as Count of Paris. He was the son of Count Wulfhard I. and Susanna of Paris. Since Susanna was the daughter of the Count of Paris and the Beggo I. Alpheidis, the illegitimate daughter of Emperor Louis the Pious, Adalhard whose great-grandson.

Adalhards daughter Adelheid (* 850, † 18 November 901 ), married around 875 King Louis the Stammerer (* 846, † 879 ) and was the mother of the West Frankish king Charles the Simple.

Adalhards son was the abbot of Flavigny Wulfhard (* 855, † 880/893 )
