Adam Hall

Adam Hall ( born August 14, 1980 in Kalamazoo, Michigan ) is an American professional ice hockey player who is since April 2013 in the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Adam Hall began his career as a hockey player in the U.S. National Team Development Program, for which he teams in the 1997/98 season in the United States Hockey League and North American Hockey League was active. Then the attacker visited four years the Michigan State University, with whom he won the championship in each of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association in 1999 and 2001. During this period he was also selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 1999 in the second round than a total of 52 players from the Nashville Predators.

For the Nashville Predators, he gave towards the end of the 2001/02 season his debut in the National Hockey League. In parallel, he played six games for their farm team in the American Hockey League, the Milwaukee Admirals. For Nashville Hall was a total of four seasons long on the ice, where he bridged the lockout in the 2004/05 season at the Finnish second division KalPa Kuopio. With the Finns he reached a masterpiece promotion to the SM- liiga.

In summer 2006, Hall was hired by the New York Rangers, finished the 2006/07 season, however, in its league rival Minnesota Wild. After each one season with the Pittsburgh Penguins, with those in the Stanley Cup final, he failed in 2008 to the Detroit Red Wings, and the Tampa Bay Lightning, the former national player ran in the 2009/10 season exclusively for Tampa Bay's AHL farm team Norfolk Admirals on. For the following season, he was recalled to the NHL squad of Lightning and became a regular in Tampa. During the lockout in 2012 he played with the Ravensburg Tower Stars.

On March 16, 2013, located on the Waiverliste Hall was selected by the Carolina Hurricanes. On April 2, 2013, was transferred to the Tampa Bay Lightning and put right back on the Waiverliste. From this he was already a day later selected by the Philadelphia Flyers.

Internationally

For the U.S., Hall participated in the U20 World Junior Championships in 1999 and 2000 and the World Championships in 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 in part.
