Adam Kreek

Adam Kreek ( born December 2, 1980 in London, Ontario ) is a Canadian rower, who was Olympic champion and three -time world champion with the Canadian eighth.

Kreek began in 1996 with the rowing. In 2001 he won the eighth at the U23 World Regatta. The following year he won in Seville his first world title in 2003 was the eighth Canadian to defend the title. In the Olympic season in 2004, the Canadian Roller won the World Cup regatta in Munich and Lucerne, in the final of the Olympic Games in Athens took the boat only fifth place. In 2005, Kreek and at the 2006 World Championships, the Canadian roller did not reach the A-final, but in 2007 won Kreek with the aft his third world title. In the Olympic regatta in Beijing in 2008, the Canadian world champion roller won in the same cast as in 2007.

Kreek studied at the University of Victoria and Stanford University with a degree in engineering for geotechnical engineering and hydrology. He works as a motivational speaker and for various environmental projects.
