Adam Maciejewski

Life

Maciejewski studied at the SzkoĹ Główna Handlowa in Warsaw. A postgraduate degree (MBA ), he graduated from the Wyższa SzkoĹ Finansów i Zarządzania. Since 1994 he is working on the Warsaw Stock Exchange; in June 2006 as a member of the board. Since that time, the development of trade, trading systems and IT as well as the market of derivatives fell into his responsibility. He was also involved in major strategic function in the negotiations with the NYSE Euro Next to cooperate. In January 2013 he released Ludwik Sobolewski after a scandal involving his girlfriend as chief of the Stock Exchange from.

Maciejewski was and is a member of the supervisory boards of various institutions, such as the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Printing Works ( KDPW ), the Giełda Finansowa Polska SA, the SA Xtrade or BondSpot SA. He is a member of the jury for Galeria Chwały Polskiej Ekonomii. Privately, he is a collector and promoter of Polish art.
