History
In Adelsried was in Roman times, in the vicinity of a still unused in modern times Tonabbaugebiets, a brickyard.
By the beginning of the 14th century was one of the estates of Knöringer, a burgauischen service man narrowness bad. 1309 acquired the Augustinian Canons of the Holy Cross in Augsburg several goods and rights.
