Adhocracy
The term Adhokratie (English adhocracy ), designated as part of the configuration of Mintzberg, a form of organization which is in contrast to the bureaucracy. The term made in 1970 Alvin Toffler first announced. Since it is frequently used in the management theory and often based on on-line organizations. A further development has experienced particularly by Henry Mintzberg of the term.
When Adhokratie shrinks the core operating and the remaining parts of the organization will create value. The name " Adhokratie " derives from the Latin ad hoc, which can be translated as " in the moment " or " created specifically for this purpose " a little freer with. Mintzberg refers to this form as the most modern, as they having the greatest innovation potential and the greatest flexibility.
