Adiss Harmandian

Adiss Harmandian ( westarmenisch Ատիս Հարմանտեան, Arabic أديس هارمنديان; born January 14, 1945 in Beirut ) is a Lebanese pop singer of Armenian descent, who now lives in Los Angeles and is a U.S. citizen. His international hit was the song Mush Sasun.

Harmandian is an international pioneer of Armenian pop songs (also called estradayin ). He received numerous medals and decorations from Armenia, Lebanon, the United States and France for his life's work. The Armenian estradayin music movement began with Harmandians hits. The first publication of its estradayin music was " Dzaghigner " which was very well received internationally. " Noune ," the Armenian hit " Karoun Karoun " was his erdbodenzerbrechender the globe worldwide hit. Also notable in its genre were the songs " Ayl Atcher ", " Aghtamar 'and' Kesher Keshere ". Harmandian released more than 30 albums. He was an accomplished songwriter and composer who traveled around the world, and held Armenian pop songs for more than four generations alive.
